Tube and Section Laser Cutting
Fast, accurate and consistent, The TRUMPF Trulaser Tube 7000 is capable of cutting tubes and profiles measuring up to 250mm in diameter with wall thickness of up to 9mm.
Plate Folding
our 3D bend simulator means we can go through the bend process on screen before we even cut any material
This ensures the most accurate and time effective way possible to bend your product. Materials folded up to 6000mm in length with accuracy, speed and reliability via our TRUMPF Trubend 5170, Trubend 7036 and Bendmaster 60 automated bending robot.
Milling and Machining
We Produce precision parts on our CNC milling machines and advanced 3D programming software.With our GibbsCAM 3D milling software we can create high level solid models or directly import surface or solid models for machining. Additionally our advanced software allows for easy modelling and machining complex mold, tool and die work with smooth surface finishes.
Tube and Section Bending and Rolling
CNC tube bender with draw and roll bending. We offer flexible bending for round or square tube; in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Laser Marking
Every Part we produce can be labeled, numbered or coded utilising our laser marking equipment.
With our TRUMPF Trumark station 5000 marking machine we can provide perfect marking at the speed of light on materials such as steel, plastic and wood.
Fabrication and Installation

Packaging and Delivery or On Site Installation
Our Premises offer storage of raw materials and pick up or delivery of finished products with our own transport. Packed as they come off the product line, products remain in the best possible condition.
On Site installation and on site welding is managed by our expert team of builder and fabricators.
